The Domino Affect

Domino [dom-uh-noh] – noun, singular.
1. a thumbsized, rectangular block, the face of which is divided into two parts
2. a large, hooded clock with a mask covering the eyes, worn at masquerades
3. the greatest, most random person you will ever meet who talks non-stop

From French or Irish origin, probably from the Latin word dominus meaning “lord, master”.

My name is Domino, and I am a bounty hunter.

As if. But that’s actually where it started. My friend would joke that I was the bounty hunter, because I’d always be fighting other people’s battles & I hated to follow the rules. I used to live outside the box, and answer to no one. I was a lone wolf, a nomad and I would do whatever it took to survive. I grew out of some of those traits, but I always loved the name. So now, I call myself Domino. I may grow up, but I always want to remember that “laugh in the face of danger” kid who didn’t take shit from anybody.

You have enemies? Good. That means you’ve stood up for something sometime in your life” - Winston Churchill

People can take just about everything away from you, but they can never take away your truth. The question is, can you handle mine?
